There has been a hold up with the kitchen because the painter wasn't ready to give all the plaster an undercoat spray. The painter is going to start on Monday the 24th. We just choose USA antique white for the walls and gloss white for the architraves.  While the builders have been waiting they have put the cavity doors on the games room and theatre room.

The plasterer have sanded the whole house and today 20/6 they've put the plaster on the ceiling of the deck and front portico.

The builders have continued to put the archatraving on, around the floor of the rooms.

The plasterers have put the top coat on and it just needs sanding to have the plaster finished. The whole house will be square set (no cornice).

The builders have put the frame in ready for the spa bath and waterproofed both the ensuite and the bathroom.

The builders have put most of the internal doors on and have started the architraves as well.

The kitchen is going in next week so we are excited about that. Things are starting to take shape. We have been told that all going well we should be able to move in by the end of July.

We have a front door

The plasters have put a big couple of days in and have all the sheets hung and have put the base coat on.

The front and back doors have been  put on. We are happy with the front door we choose, it is a bit different but we like it.

This is where the deck is going to be and at the moment there is no
down pipes so all the water from the roof is ending up there, so at the
moment we have a swimming pool!
