The joist and bearers got put onto the deck stumps on Monday 1/7

Also on Monday the plumber came back and installed the Brivis reverse cycle air conditioner and put the ducts in the ceiling.
The kitchen got delivered on Monday as well, so there seemed to be quite a bit of progress in just a few days. By Tuesday night 2/7 most of the decking had been put on.

And the kitchen, laundry and both bathrooms had the majority of the cupboards installed.
